APH Group Expands Sales with the Acquisition of Kontrol-Pro in Serbia

Heerenveen, the Netherlands – 18 December, 2024 – APH Group, a distributor of agricultural equipment and installations, has acquired Kontrol-Pro in Serbia. This expansion will establish a new entity, APH Group Balkans d.o.o., which will take full responsibility for sales, service and distribution from Serbia. 

  
This milestone ensures that both customers and prospects in the region will benefit from local customer service, and access to APH Group's comprehensive range of high-quality agricultural equipment, spare parts, and packing materials. 

Wytse Oosterbaan, CEO of APH Group, and Nebojša Ognjenović, former owner of Kontrol-Pro and now director of the new entity, officially marked this partnership during a meeting in Serbia. The occasion underscores the shared commitment to develop the Balkan region with the APH range of advanced agricultural equipment and innovative solutions.
