Export Sales Manager Storage department

As a Sales Engineer – Storage Solutions, you will play a key role in designing and proposing storage projects, whether it's a new build or a renovation of an existing facility. You bring practical expertise and a solid understanding of ventilation and cooling systems for storing potatoes, onions, and other root crops.

Job Profile:

As Export Sales Manager, you are responsible for:

  • Provide daily support to APH Group subsidiaries, dealers, agents, and end-users, with a strong focus on Eastern Europe and Asia.
  • Develop customized storage solutions based on local agricultural and climatic conditions, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.
  • Oversee the entire process, from initial project proposals to delivery and startup, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Track ongoing projects and deliveries, maintain close contact with suppliers, and keep customers informed about their project status.
  • Represent APH Group at international exhibitions, conduct on-site product training for customers and colleagues, and share your expertise to strengthen our market position.

Job requirements
  • A completed technical or agricultural education at a minimum of HBO level.
  • A strong connection to the agricultural (arable) sector and a passion for agricultural machinery and installations.
  • Experience in sales and/or project management related to ventilation and refrigeration technology.
  • At least two years of commercial/technical experience.
  • Strong communication skills, flexibility, and an affinity for other cultures.
  • A high level of responsibility and independence while also being a team player.
  • A good command of the English language, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
  • Customer-oriented and willing to travel to suppliers, colleagues, and clients abroad.
  • Goal-oriented and able to work under time pressure.
  • A strong communicator and motivator for our international team and clients.
