The Evenflow from Pro-Vega (ZBF series) is a very suitable machine for converting an uneven product flow into an even supply. This creates more peace and quiet in the processing line, allowing it to operate at higher nominal capacities in a more controlled manner. By preventing large peaks in the product flow, potential damage and/or wear of the machines in the line is reduced. The Evenflow is equipped with a hinged conveyor belt. This starts completely horizontally in the rest position. As the even flow is filled, the belt will lower, creating a buffer. This hinged strap reduces the fall height and thus prevents damage to the product. The machine is equipped with automatic control using height sensors and electric motors.
