The Samon Onion Loaders, available through APH Group, are built for efficiency, capacity, and care in onion harvesting. These machines are designed to handle onions gently while delivering high throughput and clean results. With a soft foam rubber intake roller, onions are fed evenly into the machine, even at the end of rows, helping to reduce damage and product loss. Recessed bars on the sieving mats prevent rolling, ensuring delicate handling throughout the process. The loaders also feature an adjustable sieving belt with beaters that effectively clean soil from the harvest, while the reversible hedgehog belt removes weeds and haulm.
The SU1L model offers an 85 cm discharge and can load up to 3.2 m high, while the SU2LS goes further with dual sieving mats, star-wheel feeding, and a 105 cm discharge system, capable of handling up to 100 tonnes per hour. Both models include fully hydraulic systems, with the SU2LS allowing for full control from the tractor cabin.
