The Kelly Tillage Model 4012 is a high-capacity solution engineered for demanding conditions and large-scale operations. Designed for longevity and consistent performance, this model combines heavy-duty construction with features that enhance efficiency and manoeuvrability in the field.

The front pull configuration is built to handle high-horsepower tractors while offering tighter turning capability. A reworked drawbar improves manoeuvrability, making the Model 4012 easier to operate in confined headlands or challenging field layouts. Front wing cylinders have been relocated inboard to reduce the risk of damage, offering better long-term protection in harsh conditions.

Floating wing cylinders help the machine maintain even ground contact over uneven terrain, while interchangeable centreframe and wing wheels simplify servicing. High-strength steel is used extensively throughout the frame, reducing overall weight while maintaining structural integrity. Greaseable service points and sealed jockey wheel bearings further reduce maintenance requirements, supporting maximum uptime during critical working windows.

Multiple hitch configurations allow for customisation to suit various tractor setups, enhancing the model’s versatility across different farm systems.

Machine specifications include a total length of 14.3 meters, a maximum width of 12.9 meters, and a working width of 12 meters. With a total axle load of 10,500 kilograms, the Model 4012 covers up to 10.2 hectares per hour at 10 kilometers per hour, and up to 12.2 hectares per hour at 12 kilometers per hour.
