The Dewulf R2060 series trailed harvesters are known for their high capacity, excellent sieving ability, and substantial bunker capacity. These machines are adaptable for harvesting a variety of crops, including potatoes, onions, red beets, and carrots. When equipped with the Quick-Change System (QCS), operators can switch the intake channel of the machine in just 15 minutes, allowing them to harvest a different crop or utilise an alternative harvesting technique. Each R2060 harvester comes with three mechanically adjustable sieving webs and an angled hedgehog belt. Potatoes are transported to the picking table on top of the harvester using a ring elevator. The spacious picking table accommodates at least four people for visual inspection before loading the 7.5-ton bunker. The bunker can unload on the move as standard, maximizing harvest capacity.
In the case of the RS 2060 model, it lacks any additional active cleaning units, making it the preferred choice for favorable conditions. Potatoes are conveyed to the picking table atop the harvester via a ring elevator. This picking table accommodates up to four individuals for visual inspection before loading the produce into the 7.5-ton bunker. The bunker can, as a standard feature, unload on the move to maximise harvesting efficiency.
The RA model also includes an active roller cleaning unit positioned below the angled hedgehog belt. This cleaning unit offers four options: axial rollers, Easy-clean, Flexstar rollers or an extra sieving web. To control the cleaning intensity, the entire unit can be adjusted in angle.
The RJA model also includes an active roller cleaning unit positioned just below the angled hedgehog belt. This cleaning unit offers three options: axial rollers, Easy-clean, starflex rollers or an extra sieving web. The entire cleaning unit can be adjusted for cleaning intensity by changing its angle. Furthermore, the specially designed J-elevator allows for an additional active cleaning unit on top of the harvester, featuring a horizontal hedgehog belt with either deflecting rollers or rotating deflecting fingers to maximise stone and clod removal.
