Built on the robust industrial base of the Divider Pro, the Divider Select is specifically tailored for yard use. Industrial cameras positioned above the conveyor belt capture each object while it lies still. This setup allows accurate analysis and prevents contamination of the cameras, ensuring consistent image quality. AI models, trained with real world data from hundreds of optical sorters, assess every object individually. They detect foreign objects and recognise extreme product defects, then instantly translate each decision into a precise sorting action.
A smart sorting algorithm controls the ejection fingers, guaranteeing that deviations are removed while good product remains in the flow. With a low drop height of only 35 cm, product friendliness stays at a maximum.
